Description

As an important structural component of cryothermal insulation system of LNG storage tank, the glass fiber resilient blanket insulation layer is located between the inner tank wall panel and expanded perlite,which is used to absorb the side pressure of expanded perlite in the inner tank under various working conditions(pre-cooling contraction of the inner tank,hydraulic expansion of LNG operation,expansion of the inner tank during empty-maintenance,etc.) to maintain the integrity on the storage tank. Prevent damage to inner tank siding.

5.High tensile strength:

The fibers of resilient blanket are tightly bonded with each other, with strong gripping strength between fibers and tensile strength of no less than 18 KPa, so that the product has stronger tensile performance, and ensures the uniform distribution of fibers after installation and use of the product, without local thickness and insufficient strength.
